I think he had to open up the .bmp files that control the Feild Artwork (like Out of bound Lines, hashmarks, yard markers, etc.). I don't think its very practical to have this work for every custom team. Team Artwork and Feildart are in two different directories.

I altered the BMP files like mag said.It could be practical to do if you do it before you play each game just have to name the fields differently

You'd almost need a turf-switching utility to make it practical.
