Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Treaty

How do you send a treaty to a specific country? I am at war with Prussia, I have beaten them very badly, I wish to offer/demand peace. the option is in the treaty section, but I see no means to specify who I am offering said treaty to?

You cant just click on the country on the bottom line, that doesnt do anything. There is a small circle by the name, but no way to check mark it to say, this is who this treaty is for.

I know it can be done, the computer makes all kind of treaty requests all the time.

Just a reminder... the manual IS crap. It is poorly laid out and does NOT address how to do things well at all. The layout of the Pages makes for an awkward movement from page to page and when you enlarge it to better see it you are not sure what page you are on in regards to your having selected a section to read.

Ok accidently figured out how to get the country targetted.
