How do you take a game snap shot

Just was wondering how to take a in game pic to post. Just about finished making 4 ottawa renagade uniforms wanted to take a in game shot . Be glad when i`m as good as most of you guys with uniforms . Right now doing pasting cutting and color filling . ounch.
