Remove too-long surnames

This is really minor, but....

David, since you have almost 89,000 names in the Names_Last table to use for player surnames, you might want to consider removing the 2537 names that have more than 10 characters. 10 letters seems to be the maximum that can be displayed on the jersey, the longer names are truncated.

It seemed rather goofy to me looking at my quarterback (name: Erasmo Jeanbaptise) with JEANBAPTIS on the back of his jersey.

ps. Yes, I understand I can remove the names myself.
