Matrix Site Down?

Greetings,

It seems my wife deleted some of my favorite files on "accident". The matrix version of Pacwar among the victims. I am unable to access the matrix website and am wondering if the game is still available for download.
Pacwar is a great game, I bought the original when it was first released and was excited when the matrix version became available. I will be extremely bummed out if I cannot replace the lost files.
