No.
Looks like a Martin B-10 with floats.

Close enough. The USAF site I got it off says that it is a B-12 on floats. The B-12 was a B-10 with Pratt and Whitney radial engines instead of Wright radials. (Again, according to the site.)

Grats! I was worried that that nose view didnt show enough of the plane to get a good ID. Here is a side view:
