RHS Files and Install

There seems to be two sets of RHS files in two different places on Rogue's site, one under RHS, and another once you click in the link for the RHS Scenario?

The install docs' don't list the RHS map file fixes dated May 5th. The map fix files are only under the second link.

Are the map fix files needed?

Has anyone verified the files listed in both places are the same?

The map files are the same on both pages, except the one page has the updated panels. I have installed and updated my map. This is still somewhat of a moot point since there are no scenario files on either page. el cid is working on correcting the corupted scenario files.
