Any new maps?.

John Tiller's Battleground Series is a Hall of Fame lineup of games covering the Civil War and Napoleonic Wars. We've compiled these classic games into two new affordable collections, incorporating updated versions of these legendary titles. Incredible historical gameplay and great value!

I would assume not at the moment, though maybe someone would stop by and give a 100% on that answer.

I am affraid so;

Some maps are definitely too small - like Bull Run, where there is no room for federal V Corps attack, or Gettysburg, where there should be some space for going around the Round Tops.

Not initially. Our goal is to get these back on the market in updated, 32-bit, XP-compatible versions that will give fans of the series a more affordable bundle-pack for purchase and versions that require no further updating once installed. Our future plans will depend on how the releases do. As with all of the Talonsoft series, we plan to support these going forward but as far as any new features and content for the Battleground games, we'll make that decision after release.

There will be two bundles initially - Battleground Civil War and Battleground Napoleonic. Each of these will include all the released BG titles for that era in a single unified installer, all updated to the latest 32 bit versions and with a single launcher menu. More details will be posted here as I have them.

Regards,

- Erik
