I bought a new computer and I've lost my serial number so I can't reinstall the game on my new computer, how can I get another serial number?

If you have access to your old computer you can find the reg number in your registry. Other than that, you'd have to contact support@matrixgames.com and see what they say.

If you purchased directly through us then you can go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password, or you can go to our E-Store at http://www.matrixgames.com/store.asp and click on "Store FAQs", once there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Please keep in mind that you should always make physical backups (prints, notes etc.) of important information like email invoices, serial numbers and order information. Also please remember to register your games.

If you purchased the retail product then see if you still have the CD sleeve, the serial number is printed on that.
