I don't have my references to hand but I know not all of 6 Div went to Greece. The Div Cav for instance didn't go.

Yes

It looks like the 6th Div Cav stayed in Palestine where it was the Div cav Rgt for the 7th Division in the Invasion of Syria. (7th Div Cav was on Cyprus)

The arrival dates of Commonwealth units in Greece were
7-9 March
102 ATk Rgt(2Btys), 18 NZ Bn & 2 Hvy AA Rgt RA
10-12 March
4 Hussars & 3 RTR
15-17 March
2 RHA, 1/Rangers, 19 & 20 NZ Bns
18 March
24 & 25 NZ Bns
19 March
2/3 Bn AIF
20 March
4 NZ Fd Rgt
21 March
NZ Div Cav Rgt, 64 Med Rgt, 26 NZ Bn & 27 NZ (MG) Bn
22 March
2/1 & 2/2 Bns AIF
27 March
5 & 6 NZ Fd Rgts, 23 NZ Bn
29 March
7 NZ AT Rgt, 21 & 22 NZ Bn
3 April
2/2 & 2/3 Fd Rgt AIF, 2/1 AT Rgt AIF, 2/4 & 2/8 Bn AIF
In Transit 6 April
7 Med Rgt & 2/1 MG Bn AIF
Not sailed 6 April (GERMAN ATTACK)
2/1 Fd Rgt AIF, 2/5, 2/6, 2/7 & 2/11 Bns AIF

From Greece, Crete & Syria by Gavin Long

2/1 Fd Rgt in action by 15 April (at Domokos)
2/5, 2/6, 2/7 & 2/11 disembarked on 12 April

So, except for the Div Cav all major combat units were in Greece by 12 April, just in time to evacuate.

The other unit possibly missing was 2/1 Pioneer Bn, later part of 6 Div but I'm unsure at this time.
