Darkstar One:
Well the demo was pretty dull... the fights were boring and the whole game simply doesn't suit me. It looks alot like Freelancer (which I didn't like either).

Starshatter:
The one and only ;)

Starwolves:
While it is more a kind of RTS in space like homeworld I had quite some fun with the first Starwolves. The new one doesn't look that different (which isn't necessarily bad) and I think I'll buy it... ;)

The other ones I don't know... perhaps someone else has followed them.

I don't know anything about Enosta. The Tomorrow War looks like a classic Space Opera with a heavier simulation focus. You'll notice in one the of the screenshots that the HUD is displaying ILS rings to aid in landing on the carrier. Precursors is a FPS/RPG/SpaceSim from the makers of Boiling Point.

Tomorrow War looks kinda interesting indeed. As for Precursors... completely different genre... but I liked Boiling Point and so I'm looking forward to it ;)

Do any of these games have Newtonian physics like Starshatter?

Also, Starshatter: Gathering Storm, is that a sequel to the Starshatter that I am playing now (4.5.0) or what? Any further info on it if that's the case?

Well... the 1st Starwolves certainly is not. While I liked the RPG part of it the RTS part was not as complex and large as the one in HW. Keep in mind you only have one mothership and a few fighters, no cruisers, no destroyers or anything. About SW2 I'm not sure... if they developed it further, made more missions, larger scenarios, more items and ships... I think I like it better than HW, especially because of the RPG part. But if you prefer an RTS only game with larger forces and a wider variety of spaceships and fleet battles you're still better off with HW.

Enosta: Discovery Beyond looks very interesting is this game even out? It says it was released 4/8/2005 but there is no info or anything on the game on the publishers site. Anybody have any info?

Thanks

How far is the BSG mod for FS2? Do you have a working link or is the site just down?
I saw some videos of the Battlestar flak barrier and it looked damn impressive!

Gamewarden is in the process of switching hosts. The page has been up and down over the past week.

Currently their working on a demo release (the FS2 user campaigns have usually done this early in development to generate interest and recruit help). It should be done "soon". I'd guess end of the month.
