I tried to stay fairly close to what the teams uniforms looked like. I think I have done all teams except the Arizona Outlaws. I may do it later, but for now its not included. There is a file called USFLX.zip. Its the expansion teams and relocated teams. Another file called 83USFL.zip is the original 12 from 1983.
Its 8 meg so there are 3 others labeled USFL_East/Central/West.
There may be a few stray files in the folders from the PaintShopPro browser. If you see this, pspbrwse.jbf delete it. Sorry bout that. Wont hurt anything being there, just taking up a couple K maybe.
Anyway, enjoy. Unis arent perfect, colors either probably, but they arent bad. I pretty much guessed at the field art.
