Bangor/Bathurst MSW

The Jan 1, 1943 upgrade is flawed I believe. The post refit configuration for the Bangors/Bathursts is an exact duplication of the pre refit configuration.

I believe I read somewhere that these MSWs were receiving attention...just thought I'd post this for added insurance.
