Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. TOAW3 is updated and enhanced version of the TOAW: Century of Warfare game series. TOAW3 is a turn based game covering operational warfare from 1850-2015. Game scale is from 2.5km to 50km and half day to full week turns. TOAW3 scenarios have been designed by over 70 designers and included over 130 scenarios. TOAW3 comes complete with a full game editor.

Hello all, I remember back in the day when I was a CoW fiend. My love were the HUGE russian campaign scenarios, mosly Barbarossa scenarios. All must admit there were some doozies. Anyway, as time faded I switched to HPSSims.com and play their panzer campaigns and some FPS. I was not aware that matrix took over this title and only found out yesterday while I did my infrequent browse of gaming sites. I see it has not been released by hopefully soon. My joy and excitement went up and the overall quality of my life just got a little better with the news of TOAW III. So yes, another die hard is running back to the flock.

The purpose of this post, other than showing some excitement, is i'm wondering if a few of you would like ot pre-setup a barbarossa fight. I'm not sure what scenarios are available initially but I believe a lot of the cusotm scenarios in CoW could be converted pretty easily. I want to setup a game or two. Maybe one 2 v 2 and a classic mano y mano match on one of those huge barbarossa scenarios. The exact scenario can be discussed as there are a few to choose from.
