Hoots mon ma cities been moved

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

A minor point on geography, Scotland, you have Glasgow North of Edinburgh. I,m not a scotsman, but I do know this is the kind of thing the get very upset about. So unless you want a Braveheart moment I would fix it.[;)]

We had this problem in a few other places.  Basically cities can't go just anywhere on the map, some coordinate cells that fall near borders are invalid locations for units, and so in a few spots on the map we had to make do putting cities in the best spots we could get them to fit.

As for the "Braveheart moment," I would never consider drawing and quartering one of the fans -- er, I guess you had a different moment in mind. [:D]
