I understand the amount of lend lease and how to give lend lease supplies from the game manual. What I cannot work out is when in the actual turn does the 'exchange' take place? End of the 'givers' turn? Start of the 'receivers' turn? Thank you

With standard supply rules, it happens immediately as soon as you close the Lend Lease screen. With Advanced supplies, you actually move the supplies to an area of the side you are giving the supplies to and they instantly become units for that player.
