Double Steal

I think Shauns game is the best out there. I havenoticed a few gliches, but I think all PC games have a few problems. I would like to see a double steal option. Seems to me that with men on second and 3rd, that if you steal 3rd you may as well steal second. All in all though, a great game.

I am guessing you mean men on 1st and 2nd.

If this was put it, which I would probably like in yes, I would want it to be an option. Steal 3rd Only as one option, and Double Steal as the other option. If I have a guy at 1st who has speed of 1 (I currently have a 37 year old catcher with that, and thats on a 1-100 scale), I may not want him running. I could see that old fart getting picked off after the guy at third gets picked off. I mean the guy is so slow he has to be crawling between bases... lol.

I thought - I don't have the game in front of me - but I thought this was 'in'?

If you click on the 'steal 3rd' button, you get a pop-up dialog, with checkboxes: I thought you could check both the box for 'steal 3rd', and the box for 'steal 2nd', and thus get a double-steal.

Ty I don't recall seeing it in this version. Oh well I'll steal third with two on and see what happens.

Thanks for your advice. I tried to steal with men on first and second and no pop-up appeared. Did I miss a patch? I've played several different games and some do have that pop-up you mentioned. My Puresim 2006 doesn't though.

Did you get to the dialog I was describing? I AM sure that exists - so if you didn't get there, maybe its under the "[M]ore options" choice?

If you got to the dialog but the UI wouldn't let you enter the double-steal, then I'd guess it isn't supported - I'm not 100% sure that it is.
