More characters in name fields

It would be nice to have slightly more characters to be able to define my troops. I note that the computer gets more room than we do, and is allowed much longer names. I often want to call things 1st Foot Battery or something, but this gets shortened to 1 Foot Bt. Works ok.

The difficulty here is that the engine uses a variable width font.  When we make names for the scenario, we can check to see if they fit the pixel width, but when players are entering names it's a bit more difficult to force them to enter names limited by the proper width.  Originally we tried just truncating the names to fit the width, but players found this very frustrating, as they were entering long names that were all being truncated to the same thing.
