The world is flat?

A brand new campaign-based 3D tactical engine covering combat in World War II, from the developers at Koios Works. The first operation covered is the famous "Wintergewitter" or Winter Storm, a desperate attempt by Hoth's 57th Panzer Korps to break through to the encircled 6th Armee at Stalingrad and the Soviet counter-attack by 2nd Guards Army that drove them back.

Are there hills or folds in terrain in PC? None of the screen shots seem to have any.

The area of the historical campaign is fairly flat. Some of the battles in the game have small hills and the rivers are depressed below the surrounding terrain.
This game does feature some long range tank fights. Not as boring as some might think.
Conflict of Heroes "Most games are like checkers or chess and some have dice and cards involved too. This game plays like checkers but you think like chess and the dice and cards can change everything in real time."

You can go hull-down, if the terrain permits. Possible hit locations are limited to those that would be visible.

In the circumstances, I'll risk an "unofficial", and rather hasty "hill" shot.

Ah! Great shot. Yeah the other screenshots make the terrain look like a pool table. Good to go.
