Status of patch fixing blizzard readiness problems?

Arnaud said last night he would have something for those of us testing to look at very soon, so I would guess a week or two. He has ended up making a number of major changes to the program because the blizzard fixes really affected game play. This was unexpected by me originally, but since he didn't touch the actual effect of the blizzards, the terrible effects were due to gameplay changes, we think from airpower primarily. That is why the fix took so long, I guess. Just so you know, we haven't even seen any changes from the last release ourselves.

Should be close anyway.
