Changing HQs of enemy units

You can change HQs of enemy's units in the same way as with your owns. What a fun!
More than that! You can switch your 4 heavy Panzer Korps to Soviet subbordination, recieve special supply and switch back to 60 OPs German HQs Looks like diversion in the enemy's rear.

Fine, if you can do that then why play the game at all. Hey, i need no 'skill!
CHEATING AND CHEAT CODES ARE THE WAY OF THE INEPT.

I don't believe Mist does anything like this. He just has a hell of a lot more time than we have to "fiddle" with the game, and make maps. Actually, something similar to this was found earlier, at that time somebody should have checked the other commands to see if they were broken too in the same way.

I was defending along the prewar boarder in camp'44. So I had no choice except ot keeping readiness of my troops high and building strong panzer reserves behind the front line. So, I used special supply for every unit. I 've noticed penalty for 0 ops so, I was forced to change HQ quite often(esp. during blizzard). I know that it is a cheat, but I had no other way to hold. So, I had accidentaly stumbled upon that bug
