No yards awarded in a couple of instances

I don't remember if anyone has reported these, so....

I just finished a game where there were two instances where the quarterback is credited with a completion and the receiver is credited with a catch, but neither received credit for the yards gained. In the first case, the receiver fumbled the ball after the catch and the defense recovered. In the second case, the defense was flagged for a facemasking penalty after the catch.

There was also a situation where the defense was penalized on a successful field goal try. I accepted the penalty, but instead of a new series of downs, the play continued (i.e. the teams lined up for the kickoff) as if no penalty had been called.

I have seen some similarities like this also, but the thing I notice is that if the clock expires at the end of a quarter, the play that was in progress when the clock expired is nullified. I kicked a field goal with 2 seconds on the clock when the ball was snapped. It would have given me the lead but it didnt register. When the next quarter began, I had to replay the down basicly, rekicking the field goal. I also completed a long pass for 44 yards at the end of another quarter, and that play was also brought back. Same thing happened at a 2-minute warning.
