Well, realy I don't know how to reproduce it. But I was browsing through my game reports and found that total German recons jumped from ~4000 to ~19000 in one year(1943). Looks impossible and my log processing programm also agrees with me.
AFter awhile, I've also found that calculation of total aircraft is also buggy. But I have only report file again. sorry.
