Just a word of warning... There is no such thing as standard rules. Even the most "common" house rules are contested by significant portions of the player base. It would be best to be as specific as possible before starting... for your own sake.

Well, I'd be entirely up for an Anarchy Rules game with me, as the Allies, on the receiving end this time . Only caveats would be no exploitation of clear game bugs or breaches of newtonian physics with issues which arise mid-game to be dealt with by compromise and giving one's opponent the benefit of the doubt. You can see my Lunacy AAR for a feel of what I would consider acceptable ( in terms of being done unto my by a Japanese player ).
