Nukes won't work without AALog activated

Nuclear weapons for BCGN Kirov do not work unless AALog is activated.

• Run test scen in GE or ANW with AALog OFF.
• Watch BCGN fire on target and all missiles 'miss'.
• Re-run test scen with AALog ON.
• Missile warheads will perform normally.
