Reference Card-ANW

Post by Heva »

I just received my posted copy of harpoon3 ANW, now does anyone else feel like theyve been robed here, i payed 44 pounds to get this game and yet, matrix games could not be bothered to print the reference card. this wouldnt be so bad if the actual game didnt refer to it every ten seconds. Im outraged that matrix games could not be bothered to supply a single sheet of card with their product, frankly if they dont do anything about it i wont be buying another product from them, tight gits.

I think the least they could do is provide that reference sheet, for the price of the game it an insult that they didnt, and i dont like being insulted!!!!!!

I could really use a reference card too, actually. Having a devil of a time trying to remember the keyboard shortcuts. Maybe the complete list can be posted on these forums somewhere so we can make our own reference card ?

You can find the card on HarpoonHQ, it is in PDF-format so you need Acrobat Reader for it.

You'll also find the online manual with all references linked at http://mediawiki.advancedgaming.biz/ind ... n_3_manual Since it is a Wiki everyone can try to help us improve the information contained in it. I still use the original I had from Harpoon II.

The PDF manual the comes with the game has all of that info. I just printed out page 15 that had all of the shortcut keys to use as a reminder. ANW does have a few key functions different then the old game so make sure you compare before using an older layout.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!

Found it. Funny, though, somehow I thought the list would be longer. In any event, thanks.

Also, I don't think that the "Port" and "Minefield" icons are currently used.

What i would also like is a printable version of the NTDS SYMBOL LEGEND. Anyone know where i can find it. I even tried to do a print screen but the window with the LEGEND pulled down shows up as black. I also searched the GAME FOLDER for a possible image in there but found nothing.

Any help would be apreciated to help a newb make this learning curve a little less steep.

TIA

Can't recall a printable listing of the NTDS symbols. Those in game should be in the screenshot here if it helps :-

Great! That did it. I could not get that window to show when I did the prntscr.

I could tell from the start that this is going to be a super game with a FANTASTIC community. Better late than never.

Thanks again.
