I'm on Version 1.5, what is my patch path?

I'm on Version 1.5, what is my patch path?

I see the 1.80 as a major patch, but it says it is an upgrade from 1.60. Do I need to update to 1.60,1.80 and then 1.81? Or can I go directly from 1.50, to 1.80 and then 1.81? If I need i.60 where can I find it?

I have a similar question. I'm about to go on vacation, and I notice that my laptop with WITP simply has version 1.00 on it. What's my upgrade path for it?

There is a 1.8 comprehensive.  You can apply that regardless of your current version.  Then apply the 1.801 patch.  (But I would recommend not using the "Disband into National Pool" feature.  Its already been announced that will be removed in the next patch.)
