What I want to know: what happened to my forces? German tank units aren't known to disappear (if they aren't lead by Rommel
and even less to be in the rear of the front.
Is this a bug or a feature?

The only thing that comes to mind is that the units were assigned to an HQ under partial or full computer control. I have never used it but I know it could make changes like this so it is my guess. If not, send my a save game if you have one and I will be happy to look at it, even if it is from after the incident happened.Originally posted by SoleSurvivor:
5 Minutes ago I rushed a German Panzer Korps through the unoccupied russian-controled hexes on the way to the narrow passage nrth of tha lake far east of Leningrad. On the next turn these forces had disappeared. I found the two tank fivisons in a near HQ. There were no enemy forces nor was there battle. Strange. Rebuilding the korps and moving it up again too 2 turns. By then the Soviets had a korps estimated 5 divisions up there to lock the passage. I guess it will take longer to wear down this force with additional units than it would take to launch another attack south east of the lake to get to the coast and cut off this enemy.
