Turn Used and resolution

My notebook uses 1024*768 resolution, so it doesn't show "Star Circle".OK, but why it doesn't show "Turn Used" and "Planned Combats" values in info panel at the bottom of the page?
Ralph - please, give my the composite units!

My monitor is on the same resolution, I just hide my task bar and the star circle is visible. Maybe try that or drag the task bar onto the right or left side of the monitor.
