Russian Counter-Offensive

Generally speaking, how much time (how many weeks) does the Soviet player have during the winter 1941-1942 to launch a counter-offensive? Is it just a couple of weeks, or perhaps as much as a couple of months. I suppose it depends upon how strong the Soviet forces are and how weakened the enemy is?

IMHO since first blizzard turn(if you have enough reserves).

Yes, I know about the blizzard turns, but how long will they last? Are the blizzard-turns over in a couple of weeks or do they last for an entire month?

The blizzard weather can occur the last three weeks of November although the probability isn't very high. December, January, and February have very high probability of having blizzard weather (85-90%) and the first three weeks of March have a slight probability of having blizzard weather.
