Not exiting

Been having a problem where I will tell a scenario to close and it ends up locking up to the point where I have to tell Windows to end the program. Anyone else seeing this?

I have that problem once in a while, when I go to close after a pbem turn, not every turn though. I don't have to use the task manager to close it, when I right click to close it on the task bar a message comes up saying the program is not responding and the command to close is there
