Rostov supply

Is there any special reason Rostov has a higher supply level than other hexes or is a minor bug ?

In the 41 campaign Rostov has 8 of supply, 7 in the 42 campaign, 6 in the 43 and again 7 in the 44. Seems its a good place to put a HQ !!!! <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

See page 26 of the manual (Naval Supply). It should never be supply level 8 though.

Thank you Svar, I forgot the naval supply and you are right, the top is 7 (I mistake typing).
