Is there a wireditor, that allows me to edit the maximum size of my divisions?
I thought I heard about it but could not find it anywhere.

I just added that capability a couple days ago to my WIRExcelEditor. I haven't made the newest version public yet, but will do so within the week. To use this editor, one must have Excel 97 or later.

In adjusting these particular parameters, you are modifying data outside of the save files and wouldn't be able to play other games with WIR unless you change the unit limits to their defaults, unless you only play solitaire.
Will our dirty little war against Yugoslavia be known in the future as the "War of the Blue Dress"?
