Hi,

I notice that 100% strength figures for squads and equipment change depending on the type of division or battalion.

Has anyone ever compiled a list of these (ie what each division or battalion looks like at 100% strength)?

I'm not expert on the game but from experiance, when they're over 300 squads and nicely filled with 40+ arty and AT, they're good to go. Of course, this "good to go" very much depends on which side you play, attacking or defending, desperate or comfortable etc.
I think an inf div goes to some 333 sqads as nominal, but can go over that (Soviet ones to cca350). PzDivs I can't remember any more. I think it's some 200 squads and the tank strenght depends on the size of the individual subordinate Pz/PzJ/StuG battalion. Pz battalions tend to be bigger and hold up to 70 tanks but the PzJ/SugB ones seem to be smaller. Soviet Tank/Mech armies can hold large amounts of armor simce some of their subordinate armoured units consist of up to 200 tanks.
