Heavy industry

Hi all,I've conquered leningrad,Moscow,Karkov,rostov,etc,tc..but my heavy industry level remains stuck in 80,while the oil level and the resources one grew a lot with these conquests.I just wonder why.Leningrad had a lot of heavy industry and Moscow too.So which is the clue to improove my heavy production?

You cannot capture heavy, or any other, industry in the game, even though I think the manual says you can capture industry in general. To grow requires time, as heavy industry grows very slowly. Also, as the Germans you will get more heavy industry in 1943 to help represent the full effort to expand production that began around then. However, you are on the verge of victory it sounds like and the game probably won't last nearly that long.
