Japanese Opponent Sought

Looking for an opponent for either CHS or stock Scen 15 to take Japanese side.

House rules can be discussed.

I'd like to start another stock #15 as IJN... You will NOT quit after first defeat, no? All of my games are long term, and I don't remember when I had last opponent quit on me (I never quit, I only surrender, and that only if the situation is really REALLY hopeless)
