Expansion

I keep hearing people talk about checking a box that will allow for expansion. Where is this box? I just purchased PureSim Baseball 2007 and am looking for this because I want to do a historical sim making up my own record holders. Does 2007 automatically expand with the real teams? Which option do I have to pick when making a league to get this to happen? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Forgot to ask this also. I noticed that the game keeps track of hitting streaks on the newsletter thing, but is there a way to see what the longest hitting streaks in my leagues history are?

You'll need to updated to at least version 1.1 for expansion.  i'd recommend version 1.31 as it has all fixes and is very stable.
 
The league does not expand automatically, but you are prompted about expansion after free agency each year.
 
At some point, the longest hitting streak was added to the PSPN section on hitting streaks.  Not sure which version, but 1.31 has it.
