Jpz-IV upgrade?

I cant upgrade my SS panzer divisions to Jpz-IV ( I can with Pzjager1, Marder II and III and Nashorn). Is there any reason? If I cant upgrade the divisions with Jpz-Iv I think is better produce Nashorns( but I prefer a nice Jzp <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> )

Hi Josan! JPz-VI is a medium TD while JPzI, Marders and Nashorn are "light" ones. It was already asked by Yogi to remove "light" TD class from WiR because it did not exist historicaly. There were only TDs and Heavy TDs. I do not see problems with removing this class by changing tank data in scenario file. But final decision should be made before.

Unfortunately, the TD classes are hard coded, so reclassifying them with EDITWIR will have no effect. However, this might be fixed with the next release of WIR/EDITWIR.

Thank you Mist. So in V.3101 SS divisions cant be upgraded with Jpz-IV, Jagdpanther or Jadgtiger, true?

I've been wondering this. My God, *this* explains why some units are stuck with Marder III when I've better things available! <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> Foulness!
