DOS Screenmode is flickering

Hi, I'm new here. Is there a way to play War In Russia in a window to avoid the low screen frequency of DOS (30 kHz) or to bring War In Russia to use a higher screen refresh rate like 70 Hz or maybe 100?

Its been a good week for ancient dos games, that dos-emulator is the first one Ive ever found that runs Master of Orion 1 properly [:D] . Have no need for WiR with it tho as Win XP runs it flawlessly as it is.
