i was france, and i did that treaty.. u can choose month and year of end of the free passage... the problem is that with 5 or 10 years of free passage u can obtain nearly everything, also provinces..

If i remember well (i have read it in the manual or in one of Raleigh tips), 6 division in a Army/Corps, and 6 Corps in an Army

maybe.. but when all my armies will be beaten by a single enemy army that fight'em one by one, i'll pray for more corps [:'(]
ah, and building a Corp takes 2 turn, while building an Army takes 6..

because having two armies, or a corp into an army is not the same thing: the different initiative of the two armies make them move separately, so often they don't fight a common battle

i think that you have to free it, and then take it (diplomatically or with guns [;)]); you can't choose protectorate's provinces because they don't really belong to the surrendering nation, i think..

I have started a 1805 campaign with Sweden, and i have seen those militias:in my campaign they moved immeditely back to Denmark, but they really were in Sweden... and i don't know why [&:]

every time a nation moves troops on your territory, you can choose to give an ultimatum, declare war or ignore it.. so, maybe they aren't really on your land..
