Any Line Unit (no militias,....)can do it, clicking on the icon of speacial orders menu (second tab IIRC).(Page 30-31 of the manual) Will try to repair it on the very first day but it takes some time, so it might move(if ordered to) or not in that 15 day period.

You can´t. That option might be included in a future patch but is not possible at the moment.

Who could not love that awesome interface? (Not to mention the AI, brutally intelligent).

What a wonderful game this is, already own it, and I love it. Greatest AI and interface I have seen on a wargame. Go get it, as soon as you can, you won´t regret it.
