Just so you know.

Its a bug if you where able to conquer a province by a cossak/freikorps.

They are not corps, thats why they dont block movement.

It does appear a MP skipping in 1.0804 can cause some problems ?

Spainish phase was executed and Spanish actions took place, but not GB+PR, not sure if any other majors where "passed".
