Do I get a physical (paper) manual like with War IN the East2 if I buy from Matrix.?

If I do, would I get a physical manual if I were to buy via Steam.?

What I meant to ask about was the Herman Goring Pz Div. I haven`t seen it at any point in the games nor in the TB`s.

Im playing the 1942-45 scenario T75 Nov 43.

THe Hitler Jugend div is missing. Not seen it ever, nor in TB`s or in Arrivals schedule.

Am I mistaken or is this a planned non appearance?

Just spent 55 turns 0n your new 42-45 scenario and am really enjoying it.Can`t find anything amiss with it.

I appreciate that it took a long time to do, and I am very thankfull to you for doing it. scenario 1942-45 war always my favourite playing as axis.(-ever since War In Russia circa 1993 ...

Do I gain anything by doing this across all unit classes. ie set TOE limit to 95%.

The aim of this is to give placements to understrengh units below 95 rather top up ones 96 to 99% - which dont really need it.
and it takes replacements away from units that are more in need.

What I want to do is to change the TOE of all Infantry units to 95% of TOE. How do I do that?

Glad it isn`t my install thats causing problems.

No this isn`t a server game. It`s vs the AI. It has happened in all my games WITE,WITW and WITE2.

I dont know how to attach a file for posting.

Its not a game breaker , just wish it wouldn`t happen.

What I mean is that the AI turn is halted for the duration of the "not responding" and then the turn resumes normally after about 1 minute .

I dont do anything whilst the error message is diplayed. It didn`t happen with earlier patches but only with the

more recent ones - pre-dating the OOB ...

This message often comes up and after while the turn resolution reurns. If I move the mouse about/click it the games crashes.
Is there a reason for this,and what can I do to prevent it
