I've seen many INTs on the indoor game (including tip drills and a nice INT/INT sequence). No fumbles yet.

Hello. I've been lurking here for awhile and I think this was answered before, but now I can't find it.

Want I want to know is if you will able to expand/contract your league size between seasons?
