RE: More Random Questions (Easier this time, I think)

I like the idea that the peaks are unknown. Makes it more challenging.

RE: More Random Questions (Easier this time, I think)

Ah...I think I'm getting it now.

Thanks for the detailed explanation, Amaroq. Very helpful.

I probably should have figured this out before I signed a half dozen free agents to long-term contracts with my organization, but oh, well. We'll do better next season!

My head just blew up.

:)

I think I'm going to let your post sink in for a bit. I think I got it, but I'm not all the way there yet. Thanks for the help, though!

RE: Intermittent Sound Issues with 1.16?

Forget this.

It was a loose connection on my speakers. All fixed now.

Sorry for the confusion. It happened right after I installed 1.16, and I didn't stop to think that it might be a global problem.

I believe that the up arrow means that his skills probably haven't reached their peak yet, the minus sign means that his skills have probably pretty much peaked and the down arrow means he's probably past his prime.

Intermittent Sound Issues with 1.16?

Lost the in-game sound after downloading 1.16. Sometimes it comes back, then it goes away again.

Had the program open for some time in the background before coming back to it to play some games. Not sure if this is related to 1.16 or to the fact that I had other programs running.

More Random Questions (Easier this time, I think)

<t> Sorry, but a search didn't turn up the answers, and I can't seem to find them in the manual either...<br/>

<t> I've only just begun messing with the game, but outside of the middle reliever's being overvalued by the AI, I haven't seen anything else glaringly bad. <br/>

I agree, though, the middle reliever issue could use a tweaking. I'm not allowing myself to trade away middle relievers for the ...

Nothing to add except that this new development model sounds excellent, and is exactly what I'm looking for in a text sim.

I'm interested to hear how some of the tests turn out with this.

RE: Draft Questions

Could you comment on how this impacts the quality of the league over time? If you are adding so much talent to every team in the league every year, which the computer then pares down to the best rosters, wouldn't this increase the level of talent on each team each year too much?
