Often when you look at the pilots associated with a given air unit some of them will have one or more of their experience values displayed in color (orange, green, etc.). What does this mean?

The entire game exits when I attempt to load the saved game file.&nbsp; It is not a PBEM game I am trhying to load.

I just upgraded to 1.80 from v1.6 and then added 1.801.&nbsp; Now I cannot load the saved game that I have been playing for 10 months.&nbsp; Any ideas to deal with this?&nbsp; I hope the answer isn't start over....
