Playing v1.2.26. As the French, Lancers appear on the build menu, but cannot be built. I tried from both the Dev Advisor and the main screens. For Prussia in the 1792 scenario, I never get the "spring levy". It is now 1796. I even increased Feudalism to 50. Any ideas?
