I tried all of the combinations of game and scroll speeds, but that didn't affect anything. In fact, the smoke animations are just fine for me.

But you will notice in my screenshot there that this is not the case. The entire map is not being displayed in either dimension.

Edit: Ok, it is displaying at the proper resolution on larger maps. However, it still isn't displaying correctly on that smaller one.

I have no problems at all at 1920x1200.
