In player options there is AI intelligence option and handicap/cheat human or computer 0/+1/+2 option also.

You have to keep in mind, that TOAW has no difficulty-option like many other games (e.g. AI has 30% more attack points on hard or something) AND it is very complex.

RE: Advance after successful attack

Ok, will try, thank you. Would be a nice addition, if there was an option to control advance in "Plan attack" dialog.

RE: TOAW IV In-depth Analysis - BATTLEFIELD TIMESTAMPS

Just tried the new timestamp system, and I'm getting it almost instantly. Old system was never clear to me even in almost ten years, though haven't played long time. Planned combats menu is great help, overall excellent update!

That does it, thanks a lot! Could it be possible in the future, to add this unassign command to right click menu also?

Return to base cancelling?

<t> A couple of newbie questions, <br/>
Playing on Basic training: Warship operations tutorial and having a great time, but how does one cancel RTB? If I order manually "Plot course" Seahawk just continues to fly back to the base. In log it reads "You'd better know what you're doing! I was on RTB ...

RE: Running under WINE?

<t> Running it on Macbook Pro 15" Retina i7 2.3Ghz on Parallels 9 with Windows 8 virtual machine. Parallels configuration 4 cores, 4 GB memory, 1 GB video memory and faster virtual machine preference. Runs very smoothly easily, even the fans don't start to spin fast, as they use to do under heavy ...

RE: Price?

<t> Well, I just spent my euros to buy this. Rare things cost and quality things cost. Rare AND quality things cost even more. For the most of the people this additional cost of few euros/dollars after waiting years for release is negligible, so I presume it must be more about the principle. <br ...

RE: Would you be happy with a minimum screen size of 1280 x 1024?

No, because I would prefer true 4:3 resolution i.e. 1280x960 at least for now when using 4:3 monitor. BTW, I am considering buying a widescreen TFT monitor with native resolution of 1680x1050. How does COTA scale on widescreen resolutions?

<t> Hans,<br/>

Let me first say, that looking your progress from your screenshot, I have a lot to learn. My paratroopers were all fatigued after taking the first three airfields in the north and east and I had to use 100th exclusively for attack on Valetta. I didn't even bother with the west ...

Hans,

In Malta scenario, did your paratroopers, who landed in the first day, still have basic supplies left and was there any supplies in the 7th Flieger base in the end of the third day?

<t> Both of the games were started from the scratch with patch installed. I might have some troubles sending you a saved game for the next couple of days (might take to the end of this week), but I assume from your answer, that you or someone from the beta test group haven't been able to reproduce ...

RE: Well?

<t> I tried the Malta Campaign's Axis attack scenario. Haven't played it after finding out of supply bug, but now after patching I tried again. After couple of days first paratroopers to arrive were out of basic supplies. For testing, I restarted the scenario with option "Axis - More supply", but ...

RE: Scheduled orders?

<t> Absolutely not a show-stopper. but my idea was planning operations beforehand to some minor (well, my example was maybe poorly choosed, I wouldn't call three battalions a minor) side operations in a larger scenario, so that I could only briefly check that everything is going well and concentrate ...
