RE: Some feedback

Crete was a very important airbase. It was used by the Germans to attack convoys traveling through the mediterranean. Had the British held on to it they could've used it to bomb Ploesti and other targets in the balkans.

Battlecrusiers sacrificed protection for firepower. It was always planned for Scharnhost and Gneisenau to have their 11 inch ...

Never use Wikipedia as a source. The Luftwaffe lost nowhere near 25% of it's strength in the Polish Campaign.

<r> Custer's promotion on June 28th 1863 was not a brevet promotion. Meade's name was put on the order only because he was the army commander. It's likely that Meade had no knowledge of the promotion as he assumed command of the AoP on the same day. Pleasonton got him the promption. Custer's ...

The starting forces are nothing like what existed in Nov 1861. 95,000 Confederates in Northern Va? They didn't have that many in the whole state. The Union forces in the Washington - Baltimore area are too large as well. Where did you get these numbers?

RE: Brig Gen George Armstrong Custer (b 1837 - d 1876)

Custer ended the war a Major General of Volunteers. His promotion before Gettysburg was not a brevet promotion. Pleasonton recommended the promotion. Meade was still a corps commander.
